In the mood has established several rules to ensure safe and secure operations.
Please adhere to the following rules, prohibitions, precautions, and standards of public order and morals when utilizing the facility. Non-compliance with the rules may result in our staff providing instructions to improve behavior.
Failure to follow instructions may lead to expulsion from the venue, day or night, and in such cases, no refunds will be issued. Subsequent entry to the facility may also be prohibited.
The facility cannot be held responsible for theft, accidents, or other incidents that may occur on the premises. Kindly take necessary precautions for your safety. Please make reservations and use the facility only if you fully understand and agree to the following terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions may be updated periodically based on customer feedback. Therefore, we recommend checking them each time you make a reservation. Additionally, please review the terms and conditions for the specific check-in time at the time of reservation, as it may vary depending on the season.
Check-out time is determined by the terms and conditions of the reservation, which may vary depending on the time of year.
Kindly maintain the facilities in an orderly manner and be considerate of others in shared spaces such as the cooking area, toilets, showers, and parking lot.

■We cannot be held responsible for any theft or loss of property, so please take responsibility for safeguarding your valuables and equipment.

■The facility holds no responsibility for accidents, troubles, injuries, or damages resulting from user negligence. Users are responsible for managing the installation of equipment and preventing accidents during use.。

■In the event that the facility becomes unusable due to unforeseen accidents or disasters causing power or water outage, equipment or fixture failure, etc., the return of the day’s usage fee will be considered as compensation, and no further liability for compensation will be assumed.。

■In the event of any damage or loss to buildings, equipment, or fixtures within the facility, compensation for damages may be required. If you observe any damage or loss, please promptly notify our staff.

■BBQ stoves and fire pits are available for rental at a fee; kindly contact us in advance. To comply with facility management, fire prevention, fire laws, insurance, etc., it is essential to use the prescribed fuel and tools. Please refrain from bringing your own BBQ fire pit. BBQs and bonfires are restricted from being lit until 10:00 p.m. to avoid disturbance to neighbors.

■Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the entrance, except on the deck.

■Please ensure the proper separation of garbage and dispose of it in the designated bins. Separate burnable trash from cans, bottles, and PET bottles.

【Facility Usage Guidelines】

(Your cooperation is appreciated to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all users.) After 10:00 p.m., prioritize quiet time to allow for peaceful bedtime. (Kindly consider other sleeping guests and children.) The use of generators is not permitted.
Acoustic instruments are allowed (no amplifiers) until 10:00 p.m.
Music players should maintain a volume audible within a 5-meter radius. Please refrain from using the music frayer after 10:00 p.m.
Fireworks are prohibited.
Open fires are not allowed; please use the designated fire pits.
The facility is not liable for theft, loss, or disputes among users in the facility or parking lot.

【Usage Regulations】

Each tent must be occupied by at least one adult (parent or instructor).
Considering the cold weather in spring and fall, please contemplate the use of tents for infants and toddlers.
For group bookings, submit a guest list and relevant documents in advance.

【Access to the site for cars and motorcycles】

If using a campsite, you may drive your vehicle into the designated area. For cottage users, utilize the parking lot adjacent to the cottage. Follow the guidelines below and operate your vehicle with caution and responsibility. When moving your car within the premises, activate your hazard lights and drive at a slow pace.
Avoid entering or exiting your vehicle before 8:00 a.m. or after sunset to prevent accidents.
If you need to move your car after sunset, please utilize the designated parking lot.
In case of an accident, contact the police promptly and take necessary measures.
Please avoid idling your car to protect the environment and the well-being of fellow users.
Note that we are not liable for any issues that may arise within the facility.

【Cooking Facilities】

Cooking utensils are available for rent; kindly make advance reservations.
Electric cooking utensils are permitted only in cottages, not campsites. (Use of electrical outlets in buildings and other facilities is not allowed.)

【Emergency Procedures】

In case of fire, accidents, etc., contact the office at 0555-62-2042 immediately.
For injuries or illnesses, reach out to us directly using the provided contact list.
During thunderstorms or heavy rain, seek shelter in buildings or your vehicle. Ensure to restore the evacuation site to its original state after evacuation.

【Other Guidelines】

No staff will be available at the campground between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following morning.
Campsite lights will be turned off at 22:00 for optimal stargazing opportunities.
Feel free to bring alcoholic beverages into the campground, but be considerate of others while smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside buildings; please use designated smoking areas.
Avoid bringing valuables into the building; responsibility for their safekeeping rests with you.
Restore the area and tools used to their original state after use.
Don’t forget to bring a flashlight.
Dispose of garbage as instructed.
If you use your own tent, ensure to clean the site thoroughly after dismantling, with special attention to checking and collecting pegs.
Note that there are no public telephones on the premises.
Please refrain from peddling, fundraising, or opening stalls without permission from campground management.
Prohibited actions include damaging trees or collecting plants without permission. Stay away from broken trees and other hazardous areas, and promptly notify management staff if you encounter any.

【Pets】

Pets are not allowed in the facility.

【Cancellation Policy】

▼Cancellation Policy for General (individual) Guests
No-show without notice: 100% of the room charge
Cancellation on the day of stay to 6 days prior: 100% of the room charge
Cancellation 7 to 14 days prior: 50% of the room charge
Cancellation 15 days or more prior: 0% of the room charge
After check-in: 100% of the room charge (in case of cancellation of the second night on the same day)

Cancellation on the day of stay to 29 days prior: 100% of the room charge
Cancellation 30 to 59 days prior: 50% of the room charge
Cancellation 60 days or more prior: 30% of the room charge
Cancellation fees are charged from the day the order is placed, based on the estimated amount at that time.

[Charter Use Process]

(1) Consult with us regarding your schedule. Applications are accepted up to 30 days prior to the date of use.
(2) Receive an estimate.
・Submit a quotation (tentative reservation period: 1 week after the quotation is issued).
(3) Place an order and make a 30% deposit payment.
(4) Pay the remaining 70% of the usage fee.
(5) Utilize the service.
(6) Receive billing for additional firewood purchases, etc.

[Fees and Payment]

Fees vary depending on the time of year. Please refer to the reservation page for details.
Payment should be made through the prescribed payment system.

[Inclement Weather Measures]

We remain open in the rain, excluding cases when the Japan Meteorological Agency issues a warning or special alert for the area, including Yamanakako Village, Minamitsuru-gun, Yamanashi Prefecture.
In the event of a cancellation due to such circumstances, no cancellation fee will be charged. During rainy conditions, we may limit the number of vehicles allowed into the facility based on the facility’s condition.
Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated. If you plan to drive in, please contact the In the Mood Office (0555-62-2042) in advance.
If a warning or special alert is issued after sunset on the day of use, all fees paid will be refunded. Please prioritize your safety, make prompt evacuation decisions, and take necessary actions.
Note that the campground is not responsible for the evacuation decisions made by guests themselves.

【Risks to the User】

The safety of our facilities cannot be guaranteed, and various risks exist, including accidents related to encounters with animals like deer and wild boar, incidents due to fallen trees from strong winds, accidents caused by gusts of wind, lightning strikes, the risk of individuals, especially children, getting lost, vehicle-related incidents, and the potential for theft.
We accept reservations from individuals who acknowledge and agree to use the site at their own risk, assuming all associated risks while coexisting with nature.
As facility managers, we strive to prevent accidents through maintenance and explanations. However, a safe and enjoyable experience relies on the understanding and considerate behavior of our users. If you do not agree with or sympathize with the above, use of the facility may not be possible.

【Campground Usage Refusal Policy】

We reserve the right to refuse the use (reservation) of the campground in the following cases. Please consider the following:
・Any act violating the law or public order and morals.
・Recognized behaviors that may cause inconvenience to other guests.
・Usage of the room by organized crime groups, companies affiliated with organized crime groups, or their equivalents, or members of such groups (hereinafter referred to as “anti-social forces”).
・When the intended use may contravene the purpose of “In the Mood” as a public facility.
・If there was a problem with the use of the service in the past. (This includes instances of staff attention violations or breaches of the terms and conditions.)
・In the event that the staff deems it necessary to cancel the accommodation due to inclement weather or other reasons, the representative will be notified.
